Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Olyros website, platform, products, or services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Use at Your Own Risk
Our Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. You use the Services at your own risk. Olyros Studios makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Services for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Our Services utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, including large language models. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading outputs (commonly referred to as “hallucinations”). Olyros does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or correctness of any AI-generated content.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all AI-generated outputs before relying on them for any decision, action, or purpose.
- AI-generated content should not be treated as professional advice, including but not limited to legal, financial, medical, or engineering advice.
- Olyros is not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from your reliance on AI-generated content.
4. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
- Use the Services to violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
- Use the Services to generate harmful, deceptive, or malicious content.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services without prior written consent.
5. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology associated with the Services are the property of Olyros Studios or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Olyros branding or proprietary materials without written permission.
Content you create using our Services remains yours, subject to any applicable license terms. However, you grant Olyros a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olyros Studios, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Olyros in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Olyros Studios and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
